Comment	K. Kekelidze: “Pythodoros – a brilliant architect of Alexander Macedonian’s time, who built Temple of Athena in Prien, must be implied; Critias, unless he is also a person connected with construction, can be Critias Small (VI A. D.), a very educated man, who Plato alludes to in the dialogue “Critias” (K. Kekelidze, “The History and Eulogy of Monarchs”, as the Literary Source, Tbilisi, 1938, pg. 141). In his later work K. Kekelidze clarifies, that Pythodoros and Critias, prominent Greek architects of the V Century B.C. are implied there (К. Кекелидзе, История и восхваление венценосцев, 1959, 102). T. Khaukhchishvili: “From the context it is doubtless, that both Pythodoros and Critias must be understood here because of their creation, sculpture, i. e. both of them are either architects or sculptors; artist Critias worked in Athens during Phidias’ time, and Pythodoros can be two different persons: 1. an artist of the VI century B.C. mentioned by Pausanias (one of the oldest representations of Hera belonged to him) and 2. mentioned by Plinius, whose works were housed in the Palatine Palace” (Antique World in the Historiography of Rustaveli Epoch. Historians of Tamar, Macne, the series of history, archeology, ethnography and history of art, Tbilisi, 1974, p. 108).
